Introduction
- This Return Policy applies to purchases made on mattwillifordphotography.com, operated by Olympus Productions, LLC.
Eligibility for Returns
Physical Items: Returns are accepted for physical products (like printed photographs) that arrive damaged or defective.
Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any digital download purchases.
Time Frame
- Returns for physical items must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: If you need to return a physical item, email matt.williford@olympusav.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Please include photos of the damage, if applicable.
2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with return instructions if your return is approved.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
- Approved refunds for physical items will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged physical items. Please follow the return process to request an exchange.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders, gift cards, and digital downloads are not eligible for return or refund.

- Olympus Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time.
